Looking Back in Order to Create Momentum Moving Forward.

Updated: Aug 23, 2024

I took some time to reflect on the first half of 2024.

Some large goals were set and I am proud to have persevered in order to accomplish them.

Waking up to a life we are excited to live is a process full of many lessons learned, ebbs and flows as well a ton of energy in creating …and sometimes the best thing we can do is relax, be ourselves, and the good things flow our way.

I love my work.

Whether it is standing on stage in front of 500 plus people sharing as a keynote speaker, in boardrooms facilitating interactive workshops, or one on one taking a deeper dive to learn about unique energy and relate it back to self awareness and care.

As well I have the privilege to join individuals and their stories by creating personalized marriage ceremonies.

The beginning of this year also brought the opportunity to accomplish a very personal goal.

One where I chose faith over fear and leaned into the process provided for me.

I put pen to paper and became apart of a book collaboration to serve others along their own journeys .

“The Me I Didn’t See Book” available on Amazon.

Sixteen chapters from women willing to be vulnerable.

Some wonderful connections were created with some pretty amazing women from all areas of the world!

I am proud to have pushed through the challenges, as there will always be some to face, as well implemented my continual lesson

about how much I NEED play and rest in order to be successful in reaching my goals.

I am excited for the next half of 2024!

End of August will provide a new level as my Keynote speaking will reach international status.

For now I am going to soak up this Saskatchewan heat, rest and rejuvenate.

Take some time for yourself to reflect in order to create momentum moving forward - repeat or time for change?

YOU HAVE CHOICES.

Enjoy the rest of July as I am on holidays but still available for booking fall/winter 2024 and into 2025.

Stay cool!!!😎
